Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at drraynadvorak.com (the “Site”), operated by Dr. Rayna Dvorak, ND, LAc (“Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No Doctor-Patient Relationship; Not Medical Advice

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider who has examined you and is familiar with your medical history.

Use of this Site — including browsing content, submitting a contact form, or clicking a link to our online scheduling tool — does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Rayna Dvorak or this Practice. A doctor-patient relationship is only established after: (a) you have completed and submitted new patient intake documents; (b) Dr. Dvorak has reviewed your intake information; and (c) Dr. Dvorak has expressly accepted you as a patient and confirmed the commencement of care. Booking a consultation through our Calendly scheduling link does not, by itself, establish a doctor-patient relationship.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider regarding any medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

2. Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure; (c) transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (d) use automated means to scrape, crawl, or index the Site without our prior written permission; or (e) interfere with the proper working of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property; Trademark Notice

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Dr. Rayna Dvorak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Bridal Biology is a trademark of Dr. Rayna Dvorak, used in connection with naturopathic wellness programs and services and protected under common law trademark rights. Unauthorized use of this mark is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Calendly (online scheduling), ChARM Health (patient portal), HHS.gov, and other external references. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of content on third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices or terms of service. Your use of third-party services is governed by those services’ own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with our Site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAYNA DVORAK, ND, LAC, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Rayna Dvorak, ND, LAc, Dr. Rayna Dvorak, ND, LAc, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to or through the Site.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

10. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

12. DMCA Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Site to do the same. If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please submit a notification to our designated DMCA agent that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
