You’re in the right place.
Something brought you here: a symptom you’ve carried too long, a diagnosis that doesn’t feel like the whole answer, or a sense that you should feel better than you do. Here is what working with Dr. Dvorak looks like, one step at a time.

Who she works with
Two common ways people arrive.
Dr. Dvorak sees patients of all ages and genders. Women’s health is a deep specialty, not a limit on who belongs here.
“My labs came back normal. I was told I’m fine. I don’t feel fine.”
Tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix, foggy by afternoon, cold when no one else is, weight that doesn’t match what you eat. Standard panels are built to catch disease, not to explain how you feel. The space between “not sick” and “well” is where much of this work happens.
Often looks like
- Thyroid patterns that sit inside the normal range
- Estrogen and progesterone imbalance
- Stress-hormone dysregulation
- Nutrient depletion affecting energy and focus
“I have a diagnosis. I follow the plan. I’m still not okay.”
Hashimoto’s, PCOS, IBS, SIBO, an autoimmune condition or long-managed anxiety. You are doing everything right and still sit somewhere between managed and well. Naturopathic care does not replace your existing treatment. It looks at what sits underneath it.
Often looks like
- Autoimmune conditions
- Hormonal diagnoses such as PCOS or endometriosis
- Digestive conditions and food reactions
- Ongoing fatigue
Not sure which sounds like you? Most people are a little of both. That is exactly what the free consultation is for.
How care works
What happens after you reach out.
- Step one
A conversation
A free 15-minute call. You describe what is going on; Dr. Dvorak tells you honestly whether she can help and what that would look like.
- Step two
Your first visit
Two unhurried hours: your full history, symptoms, timeline and goals. Bring recent labs and specialist notes.
- Step three
Looking closer
Where it will answer a real question, a targeted lab panel, reviewed with you at a follow-up visit.
- Step four
Your plan
Nutrition, botanicals, acupuncture and lifestyle, ordered by what your body needs and adjusted as you respond.

What’s asked of you
This work suits people who want to understand why their body is doing what it is doing, and who want to take an active part in getting well.
It is a good fit if you are in a significant health chapter, have felt dismissed or undertested, and value a doctor who coordinates with the rest of your care team.
It may not be the right fit if you want a quick fix or supplements without investigation. This is not emergency or urgent care.
